This can include liquid damage, LCD replacement and power buttons, which are common after dropping your handset.
We also provide a competitively priced software update service so your phone can be updated to use the latest product firmware (handset manufacturers constantly look at software in phones and release updates to fix any software bugs or errors that are found in the phones firmware).
For our price structure on firmware upgrading, please contact us directly, making sure you provide us with details of the handset (e.g. Make, Model and approximate age).

On-Site Phone Repair Service
Drop in to Activ8 and we have three trained technicians on hand to test and evaluate the cost of the repair to your phone. This is a free service if you continue and have the work done with us or the phone is found to be beyond economical repair.
Postal Phone Repair Or Unlocking Service
All you need to do is to post the handset to us at our repair centre and we will unlock your phone, whatever the model or country. This is a free service if you continue and have the work done with us or the phone is found to be beyond economical repair. In the case of a phone being beyond economical repair we either offer you money for the spare parts or you can pay £7.50 to have the phone returned back to you.
Remote Unlocking
It is possible to remote unlock certain phones by entering codes. There are a number of scam companies online so be careful. We offer the service and can help you and make sure that the free solution you are looking at is a recognised solution. It is possible to get free codes but don't take a chance. If we can do it for free we will otherwise we'll tell you the best way.
